Responsibilities

• Assists in the Building Services for projects including but not limited to prepare design deliverables, authorities’ submissions and tender

• Assists in Project delivery including preparation of reports, statutory submissions and presentations

• Assists in supervising site works

• Prepares drawings and technical matters

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred

• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
