What You'll Do

• Be part of Line Maintenance Department project lead, work closely across multiple departments to understand the information needs, ensure strategy and developed solutions fit the evolving needs, and how technology supports reengineering to improve the Line Maintenance operations.
• Translate data-driven output into business language to shape the management agenda of the business, and drive better decision making, greater customer satisfaction and better financial performance.
• Support project rollout, deployment and on-going support.
• Be a technology advocate and share expertise with other Line Maintenance departments.
• Provide direct support to Frontline Supporter.

What You'll Need

Job Requirements & Competencies

• Knowledge of querying databases.
• Knowledge statistics or project management.
• Basic understand Microsoft Power Platform formulas and development methods.
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to details.
• Strong communication skill with different levels of stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong commitment in taking new challenges.
• Multi-task effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge in MS Power BI.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years working experience on data analytic or cross-team projects.
• Experience in working on solutions that span multiple Office365 services, (Technical expertise regarding data models, database design, data mining or machine learning would be an advantage).
• Holding HKCAD A1, B1 Aircraft Maintenance License or Experience in production department (Technical or Non-Technical team) would be definitely advantage.
