What You'll Do
- Plan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks
- Identify and rectify problems and defects
- Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications
- Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work
- Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers
- Manage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out IAW Manual and SOP’s
- Any other duties as assigned
What You'll Need
- A valid HKCAD / EASA / CASR / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings
- A minimum of 8 years of experiences in all aspects of aircraft line maintenance including servicing, inspections, defect troubleshooting, repair and rectification as well as maintenance certification
- Capable and confident to handle maintenance task with minimum of supervision and support in line environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers at all levels
- Willing to perform shift duties as assigned to meet operational requirements
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Licensed Engineer
