What You'll Do

• Co-ordinate with internal operations to perform audit or safety / quality related activities
• Document audit findings /occurrence reporting and assist with investigation and follow up actions
• Assist with closure of audit finding / occurrence report action items
• Support the promotion and implementation of safety and quality programs within MM with moderate supervision
• Perform stock take and support the related data entry into customer and HAECO system individually
• Produce statistical information or reports for Quality & Safety related area and projects as per senior’s guidelines / instructions.
• Make regular presentation materials and customer reports to meet target and KPI presentations.
• Assist Quality & Safety team in managing all stock take and inventory control matters related to the assigned accounts
• Report progress and accomplishment per task assigned.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned

What You'll Need

Job Requirements 

• Good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills in MS O365 Application (MS word, MS excel, Power point, Power BI, Power automat, etc.)
• Good analytical skills with knowledge of statistical applications preferred

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience for Diploma holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
• No relevant working experience is required for Higher Diploma holder / Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent
