Licensed Training Officer

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and compile materials for knowledge and practical training/examination/assessment in various formats including multi-media
  •  Design course syllabus, training methodologies, and assessment methods
  •  Deliver knowledge and practical training in classroom or at workplace or overseas
  •  Conduct knowledge examination and practical assessment
  •  Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure a high standard is maintained
  •  Liaise with the production departments or other group companies to identify their training needs
  •  Liaise and collaborate with the local educational institutions on course design and pre-employment training
  •  Work closely with concerned parties to ensure high levels of cooperation and communication
  •  Act as mentor for trainees under various training scheme


What You'll Need

Job Requirements & Competencies 

  •  Act as a qualified instructor, deliver the course in required standard 
  •  Ensure the compliance of the course syllabus and training materials 
  •  Act as an examiner/assessor, perform the duties with integrity. 
  •  Being the subject expert, one should give suggestion and create/amend training materials to fulfill the training needs 
  •  Have good sense of safety, avoid unsafe practice in practical training 
  •  Initiative and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills 
  •  Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  •  Ability to work effectively as a team, as well as the ability to work independently 
  •  Ability to use a wide range of PC software effectively including MS Office. Experience and interest in using multi-media software is preferred 
  •  Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written 

Qualification & Experience 

  •  Holder of HKCAD Cat. B2* / EASA Cat. B2 Maintenance Licence 
  •  Complete 2 or more EASA 147 type trainings 
  •  Recognized higher diploma or above in Engineering/Physics 
  •  Experience in Aircraft maintenance for no less than 3 years 
  •  Knowledge in 147 system is an advantage 
  •  Experience in Training will be definite advantage
