Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure employee records in the HRIS system are accurate and up to date.
- Perform basic human resource data analysis to support business initiatives.
- Assist in delivering essential HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations, as well as managing employee files and attendance records.
- Support with various ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong labor laws and related employment regulations.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Skilled in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
- Excellent communication skills, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to handle stress while maintaining a proactive approach.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Human Resources and Administration Officer.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
