Job Duties: 

• Responsible for sample and order execution.
• Communicating with vendors and head office MD for sample and bulk order execution.
• Ensuring compliance with agreed product and service standards, as well as cost objectives.
• Managing price negotiation and cost expectations.
• Overseeing sample and bulk production delivery according to the plan.
• Managing the timeline from development to bulk shipment.
• Ensuring garment/product integrity, style, and execution.
• Compiling various reports.
• Supporting the team in achieving KPIs.
• Responsible for internal document and record keeping.
• Willingness to travel to production countries.

Requirements:

• 3 years or above of related industry (Apparel) experience is essential.
• With apparel merchandising follow up experience.
• A bachelor’s degree holder in fashion, specializing in apparel.
• Proficient in Chinese and English. Able to speak Japanese 
• Business trip required
