Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Coordinate family schedules, including school activities, appointments, and extracurricular events.
- Arrange personal travel and vacation plans for the executive and their family.
- Manage household staff and service providers, including scheduling and supervision.
- Assist with personal shopping, gift purchasing, and event planning.
- Handle personal financial tasks, such as bill payments and expense tracking.
- Organize and maintain personal and family records and documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 10 years’ experience in the relevant role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in Chinese and English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
