Personal Assistant to Chairman (60K)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Coordinate family schedules, including school activities, appointments, and extracurricular events.
  • Arrange personal travel and vacation plans for the executive and their family.
  • Manage household staff and service providers, including scheduling and supervision.
  • Assist with personal shopping, gift purchasing, and event planning.
  • Handle personal financial tasks, such as bill payments and expense tracking.
  • Organize and maintain personal and family records and documents.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in the relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in Chinese and English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
