Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Ensure cost control measures are implemented and adhered to.
- Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
- Review, negotiate, and manage contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, etc.).
- Ensure contractual compliance and monitor obligations.
- Manage and mentor quantity surveyors and commercial staff.
- Promote a culture of commercial awareness and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management within a main contracting environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
