Job Responsibilities

Support the team to operate managed service solution with incident management, problem management and change management

Support the team to provide Tier2 technical support for managed service customer

To liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed service
Job Requirements
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, vendor support work, Network Operation Center (NOC) or related disciplines
- Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
- Holder of professional certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, is must
- Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
