Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and goals, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
• Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational enhancement and implement best practices to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by implementing policies and procedures that prioritize the customer experience.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with the executive team and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Lifestyle goods and essential products retail sector.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with retail operations, supply chain management, and customer service best practices; knowledge of the Hong Kong retail market is a plus.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese.
