Job Description
- Perform feasibility studies and financial modelling to assess the worthiness and profitability of asset enhancement projects
- Perform asset underwriting such as assessing income potential, operating expenses, cashflow projections and other financial metrics
- Develop and maintain detailed cash flow projections to support investment decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset management strategies
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform investment strategies
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on asset performance and strategic recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Real Estate
- Possess recognized professional membership of HKIS (GP)/ RICS (GP)/ CFA
- At least 8 years of working experience in asset management
- Solid knowledge on financial modelling, cashflow & return analysis
- Hands-on, independent & mature, flexible, fast paced
