Job Responsibilities:
- Explore and develop new business opportunities to implement initiatives tailored to the needs of its corporate partners
- Actively participate in and organize events, such as seminars, exhibitions, business matchings, and training sessions, to engage with the startup ecosystem
- Manage the entire recruitment and community building process for tech-ventures, including handling inquiries, collecting information, performing due diligence, arranging recruitment logistics, and preparing documentation and reports.
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with strategic partners for initiating and negotiating collaborations
- Formulate marketing campaigns, establish timelines and deliverables for each project
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in partnership and business development, preferably in IT sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
