Job Description:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center fit-out projects, from planning and execution to delivery and handover. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage data center fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design and construction quality.
- Monitor project progress, conducting regular site inspections and managing any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing solutions as necessary.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience including 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in data center fit-out projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and data center requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
