Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis.
- Monitor project costs and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.
- Assist in the procurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.
- Review and negotiate subcontractor agreements and supplier contracts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Chartered status (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management within a main contracting environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
