Responsible
- To support daily operations of Retail Banking Support, such as email communication with relevant business units, perform customer/ account maintenance checking/ approval.
- To participate in various project such as Document Clean Up project (i.e. data enquiry, identify documents for destruction, manage documents in/ out/ storage in vault)
- Ensure procedures enforcement and adherence to bank’s guidelines/regulatory requirements
- Ensure the execution of transactions to meet service standards and monitor the completeness and accuracy of the transactions
- To ensure services committed by the bank are delivered to our clients in a timely manner.
Experience Requirements:
- High Diploma or above
- At least 5 years working experiences in supervisor role, working experience in banking operations is preferred
- Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule and willing to work overtime if necessary
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Independent, responsible and self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
