Job Responsibilities:

• Provide jewelry design advice and create sketches or 3D models
• Introduce jewelry and gemstones to customers and assist with sales
• Offer personalized design services for customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the design and production team
• Stay updated on market trends and innovations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design
• Digital drawing skills (iPad or drawing tablet)
• Hand-drawing skills preferred
• Proficient in CAD software for 3D modeling (e.g., Rhino, MatrixGold)
• Familiarity with jewelry design software (KeyShot, Procreate, etc.)
• GIA GG, FGA, or gemology diploma preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Team player with a collaborative spirit
• Innovative and willing to experiment with designs
• Professional and polite demeanor
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Open to all experience levels, including fresh graduates!
