Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional jewelry design advice and create digital hand-drawn sketches or 3D CAD
  models (e.g., using Shapr3D) for customers
• Introduce jewelry and gemstone products to customers and assist in sales
• Offer personalized jewelry design services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the design and production team to ensure smooth processes
• Stay updated on market trends and embrace innovation in jewelry design

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Jewelry Design
• Must have digital drawing skills and be proficient in using iPad or digital drawing tabletsfor jewelry design
• Candidates with hand-drawing skills will be given preference
• Proficient in CAD software for 3D modeling and rendering
• Familiarity with the following jewelry design software is preferred:
• 3D Modeling & CAD Software: Rhino, MatrixGold, ZBrush, Shapr3D, T-Splines (Fusion 360), Blender
• Rendering & Visualization Software: KeyShot, V-Ray for Rhino, Adobe Substance 3D
• 3D Printing & Prototyping Software: PreForm (Formlabs), Magics (Materialise)
• 2D Design & Digital Drawing Software: Procreate (iPad), Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW
• Hold a GIA GG, FGA, or other professional gemology diploma (preferred)
• Strong sales and customer service skills – able to introduce gemstones and jewelry to customers and provide on-the-spot design consultations
• Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with colleagues to drive business growth
• Innovative and challenge-driven, willing to experiment with new designs and market trends
• Polite and professional demeanor, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
• Proactive, hardworking, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken)
