Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for the development team.
• Define and enforce quality standards, guidelines, and best practices for software development and testing.
• Work with developers, change requestor, and other stakeholders to develop test plans, test cases, and testing methodologies.
• Lead the execution of testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, to ensure the reliability and stability of system.
• Evaluate and implement, if necessary, testing tools and frameworks to enhance the overall testing process.
• Work closely with development teams to prioritize and resolve system bugs and error in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with developers, key stakeholders, and business teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
• Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress and quality metrics.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT fields
• 3 years and above in a software development environment (preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry)
• Strong understanding of automation, software development methodologies and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, written and spoken; Mandarin would be an advantage.
