Job Description:
- Provide technical support (onsite and remote) for internal end-users, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Perform IT tasks such as setup, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs, printers, and other office equipment.
- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues;
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Higher Diploma in Information Technology.
- 1+ year experience in IT support
- Knowledge in MS Windows, Office 365, Exchange Email, VDI, VPN, Zoom applications
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
