Location: Shopping mall @ Central & Western District (indoor area)

Working Hours: 

Time A: 09:45 - 16:00 | Time B: 15:45 - 22:00

* On Shift, applicants who can work for 4 - 6 days per week is preferred. Docent hour will be combined with event helper working hours

Event Helper Hourly payment: $ 110 / hr (included attendance and performance bonus) + extra bonus for those who worked for designated amount of days.

Cantonese and Mandarin Docent in special hour payment: $ 120 / hr (included attendance and performance bonus) 

English Docent in special hour payment: $ 130 / hr (included attendance and performance bonus) 

Vacancy: 6 pax

Duties:

• Recite and introduce the art piece in detail.
• Assist guests in photo taking, participating digital activation and audio guide.
• Protect the art piece from damaging and touching, daily set-up and dismantle, maintain tidiness of event area.
• Welcome and escort guests throughout the event. Increase guests' satisfaction, provide customer service and handle complain in a professional manner.
• Daily report to PICs and work with internal and external parties.
• Keep high attention to all operation details and make sure the operation flow runs smoothly, conduct crowd control when needed. 
• Assist in PR shooting, shopping mall promotions and shopper to register as members.

Requirement:

• Decent and presentable in appearance and communication  
• Helpful, engaging, punctual and responsible. 
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• Tertiary students in all disciplines are welcome.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Previous experiences of working in gallery, art exhibition, shop operation, airline crew members or event industry will be an advantage.
• Able to work on shift during weekend and public holiday.
• Attend 2-3 hours of training and briefing before the event. 
• Attend online and/or physical interview.

• Female:
  • Uniform provided: smart causal uniform
  • Neat and tidy hair, in natural hair color, wear ponytails during work.
  • Simple make up.
  • Nail in discreet color or bare nails.
  • No extra accessories.
• Male:
  • Uniform provided: smart causal uniform
  • Neat and tidy hair, in natural hair color, apply simple hair products during work.
  • No extra accessories.
  • Shave before work.
