Responsibilities :
- Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts, and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements and participate in overall configuration management
- Define HRIS solutions meet with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits to the organization
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system changes focusing on quality and efficiency
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements and are ready for deployment
- Involve in planning and managing projects to ensure they meet the project goals within the agreed scope, time, and budget
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines
- 5 years experience in handling HRIS solutions in enterprise-scale system integration projects, packaged solutions, and in-house development
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
- Experience in the system development lifecycle (SDLC),
- SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus
