Consultant/Business Analyst (HRIS, HCM, SAP, Up to $50k)
Responsibilities :
  • Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts, and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements and participate in overall configuration management
  • Define HRIS solutions meet with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits to the organization
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system changes focusing on quality and efficiency
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements and are ready for deployment
  • Involve in planning and managing projects to ensure they meet the project goals within the agreed scope, time, and budget
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines
  • 5 years experience in handling HRIS solutions in enterprise-scale system integration projects, packaged solutions, and in-house development
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
  • Experience in the system development lifecycle (SDLC),
  • SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus
