Job responsibilities:
- According to the company's development strategy for overseas markets, be responsible for the expansion and sales of franchise and distribution channels, formulate annual plans, and promote implementation according to the plans;
- Be responsible for the promotion of the company's brand in overseas markets, build and improve the company's brand according to the foreign market to enhance the company's brand awareness and dissemination abroad;
- Establish the company's overseas market investment and franchising system, formulate investment and franchising policies and processes, build a team, ensure efficient operation of the department, and develop a franchise map;
- Analyze market trends and adjust investment and franchise strategies in a timely and effective manner to ensure continued growth in sales performance and achievement of goals;
- Develop investment and franchise channels, master and expand relevant customer resources, and track and feedback project dynamic information in real time;
- Maintain relationships with the company's main business partners, provide timely feedback, and maintain good customer relationships;
- Responsible for professional training of team members to enhance the overall professionalism and sales capabilities of the team;
Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in marketing, business management or other related fields;
- 10 years of working experience in the clothing industry, including more than 5 years of working experience in the same position as clothing franchise development director;
- Familiar with the franchise system of the clothing industry and has rich experience in franchise team management;
- Familiar with the dynamics and development trends of the clothing industry, the online and offline layout of new retail, and store operation management;
- Have abundant high-quality marketing channels or customer resources, and successful market expansion cases;
- Outstanding planning ability, resource integration ability, team leadership ability and strong information collection and analysis ability;
- Be proficient in using modern office software and the Internet to carry out work.
