The appointee will be assigned to the Centre’s Administrative Support Section, and will be responsible for
- (a) assisting in accounting, contract management and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date office records;
- (b) providing counter services;
- (c) handling enquiries from users;
- (d) assisting in daily office operations; and
- (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Overtime work or shift duty may be required.
Applicants should have
- (i) completed secondary education;
- (ii) a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- (iii) proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat;
- (iv) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skill;
- (v) good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- (vi) attentiveness to details, and the ability to work as an effective team member and under pressure. Shortlisted candidates may be required to sit for written, typing and/or computer skill tests.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
