Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow business through the Asia distribution network, focusing on Southeast Asia.
- Identify and capitalize on sales and profit opportunities with partners.
- Protect brand integrity and manage brand infringement.
- Achieve company objectives and maintain relationships with distributors and key retailers.
- Communicate effectively with external parties.
- Negotiate annual sales budgets with distributors.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive local sales and market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
- Conduct periodic business meetings with distributors.
- Execute action plans and coordinate promotions to boost volume and profit.
- Focus on business development across all relevant channels, especially Key Accounts.
- Launch and integrate new products into distribution channels.
- Provide regular reports on sales and competitive environment.
- Analyze market challenges and propose solutions.
- Stay updated on business landscape for proactive opportunities.
- Increase market share in assigned territories.
Requirements:
- College degree required.
- Minimum 5 years in business development/account management in consumer products, including 2 years with overseas customers (Southeast Asia experience preferred).
- FMCG industry experience is a plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (Putonghua is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in advising on digital marketing, especially social media.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and work independently or as part of a team.
- Urgent and results-oriented, with a positive attitude.
