Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Formulate, execute and manage result-driven social media, digital marketing and customer engagement strategy for BOCHK personal banking, develop short-term and long-term marketing strategies and marketing plan. Regularly review and optimize action plans to fulfill the business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platform, such as Instagram, WeChat and Xiaohongshu
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience insights, and opportunities for engagement. Stay up to date with the latest social media tools, trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Foster relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and online communities to amplify reach
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- + 10 years solid working experience in digital marketing and social media
- Strong experience in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, IG / Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat etc.;
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and trends
