Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, cultivating strong relationships and understanding client needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in export markets, specifically Korea and India.
- Manage the sales order process, forecasting sales and procurement needs; prepare detailed reports and analyses to identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure effective deployment of brand assets for e-commerce and retail channels, maintaining strict adherence to brand principles.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations with the support of the education team.
- Optimize the ROI of trade spending to meet and exceed company-set targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance market intelligence and develop proactive strategies.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably within the Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency, with the ability to evaluate data effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong passion for achieving goals.
- Must be based in Hong Kong and willing to travel occasionally (3-4 times per year).
