Customer Services Executive(CS)
Responsibilities:
- Mange queue and provide customer services in bank hall through efficient and customer-friendly services
- Proactively identify and digitize banking services and banking solutions to strenghten digital customer services and experiences
- Assist branch in achieving sales targets through referrals or cross-selling
- Provide non-cash transaction, support branch administrative and operational duties and adhere to control procedures and internal guidelines
Requirements:
- Associate degree / Higher diploma holder; or HKCEE / HKDSE (with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics) plus work experience
- Min 0.5 years full time banking front line experience / Min 1 year full time customer service experience in other industries
Teller / Senior Teller
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer services through counter transactions
- Establish and cultivate relationship with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Min 0.5 years of Teller experience
- Detail conscious with strong customer service sense and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Existing teller with more experience will be consider for Senior Teller / Checker / Assistant Branch Manager
