Insurance Sales Team Head (Retail banking)
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with product owner on new product development and revamp initiatives to cope with customer needs
- Conduct in-depth analysis on insurance sales performance and the effectiveness of new insurance products
- Formulate and implement sales directives and drive relevant marketing activities for insurance business
- Formulate financial and non-financial target setting for insurance sales team
- Monitor and review the sales staff performance regularly
- Provide insights on latest development of insurance business in the local market
- Identify new business segments to nurture further growth on insurance business
- Ensure all control measures relevant to the jobs are undertaken to minimize risk exposure
Requirements:
- University graduate and preferably with relevant qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP
- At least 6 years of insurance sales experience in banking field
- Good analytical skill and proficient in using various graphical, visual aids presentation tools
- Self-motivated with strong drive to succeed, able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
- Fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
Head of Green Zone Sales (Retail branch)
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement localized sales and marketing plans to achieve the assigned KPIs as well as to improve service quality and productivity
- Identify potential customers and groom them into Prestige Banking customers to maximize the customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Assist to manage and enhance capabilities/professionalism of the sales staff and provide coaching/support to them
- Obtain customer feedback and handle complaints in a professional manner
- Organize various promotional activities for acquiring new business
- Keep abreast of latest compliance requirements and recommend remedial actions when necessary
Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline is preferred
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the banking industry
- Good leadership and coaching abilities
- Sound judgment and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, Fluent Mandarin is preferred
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
