Relationship Manager (Retail banking)
Responsibilities
- Provide investment and insurance services to high net worth clients in branch
- Maintain close relationships with clients
- Cooperate with specialist to give advice to clients
- Meet the compliance requirement
Requirements
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or related experience in investment and insurance selling
- IIQE 1,2,3 and HKSI 1,7,8 qualification (Before On Board)
- Good command in both Cantonese and English, Fluent Mandarin is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager
Relationship Manager (Private Bank)
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to ultra high net worth clients;
- Performing and executing a broad range of Wealth Management Products & Services for Private Banking clients;
- Handle and resolve day-to-day queries from clients, operations, systems, account re-balancing processes etc.
Requirements
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in retail banking or related experience in investment and insurance selling
- Business plan (List of Potential Customers can Bring forward) is required
Team Head/Sales Leader (Retail Banking)
Responsibilities
- Lead branch staff to implement sales and business development strategies for achieve branch business targets
- Lead and monitor the standards of service of branch staff to ensure professional customer services
- Enforce established operation procedure to mitigate operational risks and ensure strict sales compliance
Requirements:
- Degree holder with thorough knowledge in Banking Product and Services
- At least 5 years Retail banking I & I Sales experience
