Responsibilities:

Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches

Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services

Advisory to customers for general banking services and wealth management products including account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan and insurance

Maintain good relationship with both existing and new customers
Requirements:
-
University degree / Associate degree holders, or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with experience in Insurance Sales/ Telemarketing / Teller, with exposure in banking field an advantage

IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 is required and HKSI 1, 7, 8 is preferred

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
