Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repairs, and maintenance of dental equipment, ensuring optimal functionality for healthcare practitioners

• Manage the installation, repair, and maintenance of dental handpieces, contributing to efficient dental practices

• Provide technical assistance for digital equipment, bridging the gap between dental technology and IT

• Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to introduce new equipment in Hong Kong and Macau markets, driving business growth

• Maintain accurate service histories for machines, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of maintenance activities

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in dental or medical equipment installation, testing, adjusting, or repairing are ideal, but we welcome enthusiastic learners

• Basic understanding of general IT, mechanical, or electrical systems is required to excel in this role

• Knowledge of dental or medical software applications is a plus but not mandatory

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders

• Willingness to travel for training and to support the Macau market is required
