Responsibilities
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and cultivating long-term partnerships
Business Development: Proactively prospect for new sales opportunities, leverage industry insights to uncover client needs, and present tailored packaging solutions
Proposal Crafting: Develop compelling sales proposals that highlight value proposition, negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure new business
Sales Forecasting & Administrative Support: Enhance operations by accurately tracking pipelines, monitoring sales activities, and managing communications, driving informed decision-making and maximizing efficiency
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify cross-selling/up-selling potential
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
3-5 years of proven sales administrative experience, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
Proficient in Cantonese and English, both written and verbal
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage
