As an ambassador to provide premium customer services to tenants, customers and the public through telephone and written communication
-
Take ownership of all customer requests and report customers’ feedback and comments to the building’s Management for actions
-
Support and help to update the various customer service-related systems
-
Support and assist marketing and promotional activities
-
HKDSE / HKALE or above
-
Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Hotline, with administrative experience is an advantage
-
Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

Proficient in Computer
-
Strong customer service skills, flexible and pleasant
-
Open to work for 5 days shift duties
