Manage store target, manpower cost and any store related expenses which also involves strong collaboration with finance, real estate team, retail planning team to allow the store P&L to achieved financial target

Analyze business and store performance to develop actionable plan to address risk and opportunities in regular manner

Ensures Store Managers maximize business through contests, promotions, and most importantly consistent, ongoing coaching and development of store teams

Builds team spirit and morale by actively seeking and implementing innovative ideas to improve sales, store operations, training

Focus on people development & talent incubation

Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties

University graduate in business related disciplines
-
At least 8 year of experience in retail management
-
Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills
-
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
-
Result oriented with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a sizable team
-
Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense

Flexible and able to work under pressure
-
Proactive, organized and detail-minded
