Handle work requests and service calls in relation to technical matters.

Look after landlord facilities for irregular conditions and confine the problems discovered.

Inspect regularly plant and system operating conditions.

Arrange rectification of any technical system failure.

Supervise and carry out hands on technical works scheduled within the duty period.

Prepare incident and daily handover reports.

Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or above.

Holder of Certificate of Grade B Registration of Electrical Worker.

Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in building operation and maintenance and hands on technical support experience.

Experienced in building services and coordination with service providers to carry out preventive / routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical works.

Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Good PC skills.

Required to work on shift duty.
