Evaluate and improve departmental workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities, and use these insights to develop tailored solutions and strategies

Identify new sales leads and potential new products and markets for business expansion

Develop growth strategies and plans which focus on market share and customer satisfaction to achieve sales target

Prepare reports including demand forecast, performance and development plans.

Oversee the invoicing and collection processes to ensure timely payments from clients.

Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

5 years or above of sales experience in FMCG / F&B industry

Experience in General Trade channels is a MUST

Excellent spoken and written of Chinese and English
