Job Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management tasks, including expense tracking, budget planning, cash flow monitoring, and preparation of monthly reports for management review.
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Support the sales team with administrative processes such as quotation reviews, sales contract management, performance tracking, and client invoicing.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data to generate insights for business development planning.
- Maintain and enhance internal policies related to finance, procurement, and general office administration.
- Collaborate with senior management to evaluate cost-saving opportunities and optimize business operations.
- Manage internal approval workflows and documentation related to financial transactions and sales deals.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely resolution of issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, finance support, or sales operations.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and budget control.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and standard accounting or ERP software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
