• Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support consultation on hardware, software & networking maintenance services to Multinational Corporation customers
• Handle complex solutions in multi-vendor environments
• Handle customers' technical questions on proposed products
• Provide best practice recommendations on software/hardware infrastructure
• Manage and follow-up on customers' queries
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that fulfill customer needs.
• Show the advantages of Infrastructure services to solve customer challenges
• Lead technical discussions, conducting user acceptance test, and prepare technical documentation such as SOP/Manual, etc

Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 4-5 years or above experience in IT
• Good knowledge on Windows systems/ Cloud/ Networking/ Software applications.
• Project implementation reference of integrated solutions.
• Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience with Azure/Huawei/Alibaba cloud is an advantageous
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
