Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, monitoring and handling all activities related to the management of the shopping mall
- Carry out day-to-day administration and supervision of operational and management services, including customer service hotline, customer relations and tenant communications
- Support events and promotion activities for the shopping mall, and provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Experienced in property management or customer service is preferrable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, detail minded and self-motivated
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
- Immediate available is highly preferred
