Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the recruitment process such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Understand how to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms for candidate management.
- Communicate with candidates about their application status and interview scheduling.
- Assist in coordinating and conducting initial phone screenings with potential candidates.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Understand employer branding and how to attract top talent with compelling job postings.
- Work with recruiting team members and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Understand the different roles within the recruiting team and contribute to team projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education: Associate degree
- Must hold a Hong Kong identity card
- Good Cantonese; Good Mandarin; Good English; Able to read and write Chinese; Able to read and write English
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, human resources, business administration or related degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates are also welcome
