Responsibilities:
- Evaluate sales data, generate reports, and forecast demand for retail stores.
- Oversee sales performance in both retail and online stores, ensuring inventory levels meet demand.
- Analyze customer data to understand buying behaviors and trends.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events to boost sales.
- Create and implement strategies to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Design visual merchandising plans for retail stores to attract customers and enhance sales.
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve high performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent (any field).
- At least 3 years of experience in retail or wholesale management in Hong Kong, specifically in outdoor sports or casual wear.
- Proficient in English communication and writing.
- Experience in managing web stores and e-marketing initiatives.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising practices.
- Strong interest in outdoor activities.
- Willingness to do business trip (1-2 times per year).
- Applicants without sales management experience in Hong Kong will not be considered.
