Responsibilities:
- Administer daily Member Services and Relations functions for a seamless guest experience.
- Efficiently manage and maintain resources and assets for optimal operations.
- Provide essential office and administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor security and car park operations to ensure a safe environment.
- Demonstrate flexibility by performing additional related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality from a leading institution.
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality operations; international experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for positive relationship-building.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with effective collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset, striving for excellence in all aspects of the role.
