Responsibilities

• Assist buying team in execute buying activities, stock planning and allocation, and merchandise delivery and reordering situations to meet company business objectives

• Prepare merchandising reports for management review on business performance and inventory turn

• Monitor the merchandise flow including managing inventory, sales forecast, gross profit margin to maximize the company’s sales and profit targets

• Assist OTB planning, sell through, mark down & logistics

• Collaborate with marketing, VM and retail teams for all product launches, promotions, and PR activities

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• With 1-2 years of experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the fashion / lifestyle / retail industry

• Strong business mindset, analytical sense, and presentation skills 

• Well organized, attention to detail, proactive, multi-tasking, and able to prioritize work under tight schedules

• A fast learner in computer systems with proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot & vlookup)

• Good verbal and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
