Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate I/E Shipping, LC and banking documents independently

• Arrange In and Out cargo transportation with courier / forwarder and Tradelink declaration

• Shipment follow up

• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned
  

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 3 years working experience in cross-border trading company

• Solid experience in handle full set I/E shipping, LC and banking documents.

• Knowledge in international LC and Incoterms

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua

• Detail-minded, responsible, ability to work independently

• Willing and accept to work overtime

• Immediate available is preferred
