Responsibilities:
- Design product matrices (e.g., regional sales statements, innovation technology statements) and develop differentiated pricing strategies.
- Plan the profitability model for the business line, balancing short-term cash flow with long-term customer value.
- Serve 5 or more clients annually in medium to large consumer goods companies (e.g., emerging tea brands, cross-border home appliance brands).
- Establish benchmark cases with key clients (e.g., helping a regional dairy company achieve business growth through consulting services across marketing, business planning, etc.).
Requirements:
- 5 years of work experience or more, with at least 2-3 years in key account sales management.
- Understand the conversion mechanisms of market business content into brand value, financing valuation, and consumer trust; familiar with the strategic significance of emerging consulting services like ESG and carbon footprint.
- Possess the ability to design innovative models such as subscription services and cross-industry collaborations.
- Lead key client statement projects and develop a replicable industry solutions library.
