Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on regulatory compliance matters related to SVF products and services.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, maintaining effective communication and addressing compliance inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including internal control, compliance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in SVF compliance matters.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive compliance framework that includes policies, procedures, and controls for SVF.
• Assist in and contribute to regulatory compliance projects, initiatives, and the launch and enhancement of systems.
• Create and implement compliance training programs for staff to ensure awareness of local regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Banking and Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in compliance roles within the banking and SVF sectors, focusing on regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of SVF products, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
