- Implements and executes all business development activities including underwriting insurance products within assigned authority limit, managing top and bottom-line target
- Improves and maintains good relationships with internal and external customers
- Assists in setting underwriting policies and guidelines
- Recruitment of intermediaries

Job Requirements:
-
- University graduate with a recognized insurance qualification (e.g., ANZIIF / ACII or higher).
- Valid General Insurance License.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance industry.
- Proven experience in recruiting and servicing agents and brokers.
- Strong technical knowledge in underwriting general insurance products.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
