Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager (Insurance)

Job Responsibilities:

      • Implements and executes all business development activities including underwriting insurance products within assigned authority limit, managing top and bottom-line target
      • Improves and maintains good relationships with internal and external customers
      • Assists in setting underwriting policies and guidelines
      • Recruitment of intermediaries
      • Supervises staffs

Job Requirements:

    • University graduate with a recognized insurance qualification (e.g., ANZIIF / ACII or higher).
    • Valid General Insurance License.
    • 8-10 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance industry.
    • Proven experience in recruiting and servicing agents and brokers.
    • Strong technical knowledge in underwriting general insurance products.
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
