Key Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing and sales support on brokerage team under Partnership Distribution
- Assist in coordination of marketing campaigns, e.g. premium discount, branding & awareness, product promotions, etc.
- Assist in coordination of sales activities to increase engagement with business partners
- Assist in coordination and adaptation of memo and newsflash for distribution to business partners
- Assist in event coordination, from pre-launch logistics to post-launch evaluation
- Provide support on other miscellaneous items, e.g. settlement of quotations/invoices with vendors.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience in marketing-related or administrative roles, fresh graduates won’t be considered
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Familiar with MS Office (Words and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in both Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
- Ideally with work experience in insurance or financial services
- Any prior work experience relating to event management or marketing
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
