做得打工仔,總有機會被上司大鬧一頓,肯定感到沮喪、憤怒,甚至想「炒」老闆魷魚,但為了生計惟有忍氣吞聲。不過,負面情緒依然在此,如何化解好呢?
1. 釋放委屈
被鬧後,我們需要的不是建議,而是鼓勵和安慰,放工後盡量找家人和朋友說出感受,宣泄負面情緒,相信愛錫你的人都願意聆聽,更會給你鼓勵甚至擁抱。即使未能及時找到親友,也可把感受寫在紙上發洩。
2. 發掘收穫
冷靜過後,回想上司為甚麼責備你?是他對你有期望,抑或「點醒」了你?下次工作時不妨將上司的意見實踐,或能增加工作效率,甚至帶來升職加薪機會。
3. 重拾自信
即使心情轉好,但始於會對上司的話耿耿於懷。這時你可以想想,有誰未曾被上司痛罵過?何必為上司幾句說話而否定自己?
4. 重新振作
當所有負面情緒消失後,你便能夠重新振奮,努力面對工作,多想想如何做好手頭工作,讓上司和同事知道,你可不是這麼容易被打敗。
